Virtual modem for M2M or IoT
With Monema’s virtual modem hosted in the cloud you can communicate with your M2M devices just like you would with an analog modem through the dial-up network.
What is it for?
The general use case is for the connection of remote devices that do not have a modem and M2M SIM card that allows data connections through GPRS, 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G, otherwise the communication must be made through a CSD call ( Circuit Switched Data).
What I need?
To use our modem pool you only need to connect your software via TLS to our virtual modem pool, enter the AT commands to call the remote modem’s telephone number (either GSM or analog on fixed network) and you will be able to send and receive data from your applications.
You will not need additional hardware or a voip trunk as Monema provides you with the complete solution.
