How are calls made and received?

With Monema you can use any of these methods to make and receive calls:

• With the Monema app installed on your smartphone.
• With Monema app on your desktop. We provide the Monema app available for Windows, MacOS and Linux. In this case you will need an Internet connection to make the call via VoIP.
• With a desktop or wireless IP phone. You will also need an Internet connection to make the call via VoIP.

With any of the three modes you can choose the caller ID, transfer the calls, record them and integrate them with your CRM.

You can also use several simultaneously, for example having an IP phone in your office and using the Monema app in your smartphone for when you are in another location.
