Among the numbers assigned to your FoneMA account there are two types of numbering:

• Main or general company numbers: these are typically the contact numbers for customers. When one of your customers calls these numbers, all the users who answer the incoming calls will be called, i.e. they are configured in the jump group section.
• Personal numbers: The personal or direct access number is assigned directly to a user. If someone calls this number the call will be diverted only to that user..
